Design of a New Anti-car-running Barrier in Underground Coal Mine

  • A new type of anti-car-running barrier is designed, it adopts the driving mechanism of taking off and rotating at the same time. The whole operation does not need to break the track, and realizes the ground taking off and landing and is suitable for the compound roadway. The change of interception stress and wire rope reaction force is analyzed by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, and the design weaknesses is adjusted and improved from the stress analysis. Moreover, the field impact test is carried out for the designed products. The results show that the strength of the joint of two railings directly affects the interception effect. The product design is reasonable and has passed the field collision test of national mine product safety mark center.
