Hazard Assessment and Prevention of Rock Burst Based on Ground Stress Field Inversion

    • To improve the accuracy of rock burst prediction and prevent rock burst hazard of coal mine effectively, we used ground stress field inversion to carry out rock burst hazard assessment, and guided the prevention and control of rock burst on the basis of evaluation results. The results show that, firstly according to inversion results, three impact danger zones which are A, B and C are designated at working face, and their maximum stress concentration coefficients are respectively 1.56, 1.44 and 1.78; secondly, with considering multiple factors including inherent attributes of coal and rock, stress environment, mining conditions and geological conditions and so on, rock burst hazard of danger zones including A, B, and C was evaluated, and the result is that their risk rating index are all 0.76, therefore three danger zones are all strong rock burst danger zone; lastly, by the analysis of rock burst appeared multiple measures for danger zones were performed, and eventually rock-burst do not happen until the end of working face.
