Key technology of split-type slitting drill rig with double-arm for mine

In order to improve the construction efficiency of pre-splitting blasting borehole in the technology of gob-side entry retaining by the way of roof cutting and pressure release, a split-type double-arm seam cutting drill for mining is developed, which is small in volume, flexible in movement, strong in tunnel adaptability and high in construction efficiency. The key technologies of stability, power matching, gyrator, feeding device and luffing mechanism were researched. The test shows that the structure design of the drilling rig is reasonable and the performance of hydraulic system is reliable, and meets the construction requirements of pre-splitting blast borehole in coal mines.
