System Reconstruction of Main Shaft Loading Equipment in Dongtan Coal Mine Based on PLC and WinCC

Aiming at hardware and software problems of electric control system in original main shaft loading equipment of Dongtan coal mine.Using S7-300PLC as the main control of loading system ground and taking distributed I/O equipment ET 200M to gather and control field data of bottom loading equipment,the data interchange between main control PLC and ET200M is achieved by PROFIBUS bus.Loading system monitoring interface is integrated to the monitoring interface of lifting system by using WinCC configuration technology.
