  • In many elements of coal mine safety management, the control of unsafe behavior occupies a very prominent position. The proportion of accidents caused by unsafe behavior is about 70%. The first task of safety management is to master the control methods of unsafe behaviors. Taking Bulianta Coal Mine in Shendong Group as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of unsafe behaviors in the mine, adopts a series of“merciless+emotional” control measures, and constructs a management and control system for unsafe behaviors of employees. Through system implementation, standard formulation, assessment system, strict management and control, positive incentive, psychological assistance and many other aspects, the management and control of unsafe behaviors of employees is carried out, and the following measures are taken. It has achieved a certain control effect and achieved “one drop and two rises”, that is, the frequency of unsafe behaviors has decreased, and the level of employees’ safety awareness and mental health has improved significantly. The practice of this system has achieved the expected goal of safety control and provided a certain reference for the safety management of coal enterprises.
