    Determination on Rational Coal Pillar Width in Gob-side Entry Driving of Ding5.6-19150 Working Face

    • In order to reclaim coal resource maximally,the way of gob-side entry driving was tested in Ding5.6-19150 working face.According to the actual geological conditions and the measured mechanical parameters of rock and coal mass,in accordance with the design principles of coal pillar width in gob-side entry driving,the paper determines that the rational coal pillar width is 4 meters by the studying means of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.The result of mine pressure observation shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock in gob-side entry driving of Ding5.6-19150 working face can meet actual production needs,and the design of coal pillar width is reasonable.
