Abstract
The explosion-proof wall of coal mine is an important facility to ensure the safety of goaf. In order to ensure the safe production of mine and provide scientific basis for the design of closed wall, this paper takes the explosion-proof wall of a mine in Shanxi Province as the research object and carries out the ball explosion test device. The closed anti-explosion impact pressure experiment is to obtain the maximum theoretical pressure in the explosion chamber. Based on the numerical simulation analysis of the gas explosion impact pressure by Fluent software, the maximum impact pressure of the gas dust explosion on the closed wall is obtained to verify its safety. The results show that the pressures measured by the explosion experiment and numerical simulation are 1.04 MPa and 0.7 MPa, respectively, which are far less than 5.3 MPa in the design of the closed wall of the mine, and the safety factor is 5.1.
