  • With the rapid development of social economy, social division of labor is becoming more and more detailed, the degree of specialization is becoming higher and higher, and the accurate management has been recognized and used by more and more managers. In today’s fierce competition in coal enterprises, training is undoubtedly an important means to improve the quality of employees, improve the safety level and economic benefits of enterprises. In view of the problems such as poor effect of traditional training in Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine, insufficient quantity and quality of professional personnel, Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine, based on the principle of accurate management, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, through the “cadres on the platform, training to the scene” precision training management method to carry out classroom training, not only improves the safety quality and technical operation ability of cadres and workers, but also cultivates a group of high-quality talents to meet the long-term development needs of the mine, which lays a foundation for the long-term stable safety production of the mine.
