Existing Problems and Countermeasures Analysis of Coal Mine Enterprise Safety Training

In order to standardize the unsafe behavior of workers, avoiding the occurrence of coal mine accidents, the main accident causes and problems existing in safety training were explored based on behavior science theory, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed. The results show that the key points of safety training should be paid attention on strengthening the emphasis on safety training, developing comprehensive safety training plans, innovativing and exploring training patterns, and establishing incentive and restraint mechanism to ensure the safety training effects.
