Dissemination and Application of Coal Mine Safety Culture in Training

Employee awareness level, the acceptance level and the implementation degree of safety culture is directly related to the implementation effect of safety culture. Training is the highest concentration and the most effective carrier to teach safety knowledge. In this article, it discussed applications of mine safety culture in training from aspects of enriching training carriers, perfecting evaluation mechanism in team group training and focusing on experience after training.
