    Application of Coalbed Methane Intelligent Drainage Monitoring Equipment in Panyidong Coal Mine

    • In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and weak intelligent control in coalbed methane extraction process, the intelligent monitoring indicators for coalbed methane extraction are proposed. Using VC++ to write coalbed methane monitoring software of the intelligent extraction, the coalbed methane intelligent extraction equipment is developed at the same time. Application results in Panyidong Coal Mine show that the control system of coalbed methane intelligent extraction monitoring equipment works well in the process of field application. It can accurately collect analog quantity and switching value with correct PID control algorithm and reasonable CO parameter chain control, and can identify the running state of the extraction system and predict the accidents and realize the automatic control of the system.
