  • To minimize unsafe operating in mine production site, to realize the intrinsic safety of coal mine, compiling ABC questionnaire with ABC analysis method and collecting information of belt conveyor drivers in Shanxi Datong Group Yongcaipo Coal Mine, we analyze unsafe behavior after designing BBS behavior safety management plan. By using the grey correlation method and MATLAB software to determine the key behavior and carry out the behavior of safety management, the weekly average and the end value of the safety behavior index are analyzed. Research results show that the safety level indexes of belt conveyor driver rise from 32% to 65%; four kinds of behaviors of major interventions increased by 46.9%, 41.7%, 39.5% and 58.2% respectively, which proves the effectiveness of the BBS in the improvement of belt conveyor driver safety behavior management.
