  • In order to improve the effectiveness of activator-behavior-consequence (ABC) analysis in miners' violation behavior management, the effectiveness evaluation of data envelopment analysis (DEA) model in ABC management was established based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) by using DEA.Then applying the model in Wangzhuang Coal Mine, we evaluate the effectiveness of its ABC management according to the results of the model, and propose some suggestions for improvement. The analysis results show that effectiveness level of ABC management in Wangzhuang Coal Mine is low, but it is in the stage of gradual improvement.The practice results show that it will be helpful to improve the effectiveness level of ABC management by adjusting the structure of management investment reasonably, planning the scale of management investment scientifically and insisting on the implementation of the management for long term.
