Research on On-way Resistance for Pipe-Jacking Construction in Rock Roadway of Coal Mine

  • Mine-used pipe jacking machine is an effective mean to solve the problem of small section construction of coal mine, but there is no research on mine on-way resistance for pipe jacking machine. In this paper, based on the pipe jacking construction project in -600 m drainage crossheading tunnel of Huainan Zhangji Coal Mine, we analyze the influence factors of rock properties and stress. Based on numerical simulation and experimental test, the resistance of pipe jacking construction under the action of ground stress and gravity is researched, meanwhile, the change trend along the resistance of pipe jacking is obtained.
