  • According to the measuring requirements of flame, temperature and overpressure dynamic characteristics in gas explosion, a test system for gas explosion was designed, and the key technologies of the system were discussed, including the flame structure and its propagating velocity, pressure test, temperature test and the synchronous control. The test system consists of experimental pipeline, gas distribution system, ignition device, high-speed camera, high frequency pressure sensor, micro thermocouple and other components. The test system can accurately achieve the dynamic parameters such as gas explosion flame structure and its propagation velocity, temperature as well as overpressure, which meet the needs of data tests for gas explosion analysis and disaster level assessment.
