  • In order to eliminate the defects in safety management of coal mine, taking the standard operations program (SOP) as the guide, we studied the process optimization of safety management of coal mine and standardization of check, and a MIS platform which includes information collection, release, query, feedback, statistical analysis, safety performance and decision support was established by PDA and RFID. The problems in traditional safety management were changed, such as the information is not standard, information transmission is not smooth, the missing rate is high, and the safety performance lags behind. And through a series of industrial test, the management mode was proved to be advanced and feasible, and it laid the foundation of coal mine safety management standardization.
