Research and Application of Mine "Five-Independent" Safety Management System

In order to enhance the level of mine self-independent safety management, we propose five-independent safety management system and the system design objective, construction and operation method based on detailed analysis of the research dynamic of domestic mine safety management. Five-independent safety management system has improved the independent management level of Xinqiao Mine, achieved the “zero death” target, and successfully verified the operability and practicality of the system.
