Abstract
In order to study the activities laws of the roof strata in inclined thin seam,in this paper,RFPA2Dsoftware is used to establish numerical model for the rock range with the horizontal direction 200 m,vertical direction 200 m and the elevation of-214~-414 m.The overburden failure conditions above seam in Dongfeng mine 43002 face are analyzed by numerical simulation,the overlying strata activities conditions caused by seam mining are reproduced.The results show that the roof failure statuses are more serious with the face advancing.The gray value of the picture expresses force state of rock,low gray value expresses shear stress concentration areas of the rock,high gray value expresses tensile stress concentration area of the rock.
