  • This article proposes a design of redundant reliability for coal mine drainage control system, and analyzes the control system of coal mine drainage main fault types and designs the scheme of the key sensor redundancy scheme, the controller of soft redundancy, independent operation, dual hot-standby, dual redundant ring communication network and alternate power source according to the principle of reliability design. The application of practice in Caozhuang mine shows that the coal mine drainage control system works stable, the failure rate has been greatly reduced, and actual run time and maintenance time has been reduced after the reliability transformation, and it fully achieved the expected goal.
