Experimental Study on Stress Change Laws of Roof and Floor and Fault Induced by Two Panels Mining of Reverse Fault

    • Based on the geological condition of F10 reverse fault in a coal mine, the stress variation laws of the coal seam roof, floor and fault zone near the fault in the upper and lower two sets of mining process is studied by simulating experiment with similar material. Research results show that the concentrated stress is difficult to penetrate the fault and can only be cut off at one side of the working face and lead to a higher degree of stress concentration near the fault due to the “barrier” effect of the fault; the influence of footwall mining about coal seam roof and floor and the fault zone is more obvious than that of hanging wall mining; in the same conditions, if the occurrence depth of coal seams or the overlying load is more greater, the stress concentration in the process of mining will be more obvious.
