    Fractured Zone Determination of Goaf Overlying Rock in Yangdong Coal Mine 8463 Working Face

    • Based on the theory of coal seam mining pressure and surrounding rock development, the paper uses the methods of theoretical calculations and numerical simulations to analyze and forecast the development of goaf overlying rock in 8463 face of Yangdong Coal Mine, and determines the main fractured zones, then verifies its rationality through investigating gas extraction amount of field drilling. The results show that the fractured zones range is 10 ~ 23 m, and one single borehole's gas extraction amount is 0.6 ~ 0.8 m3/min in this area, which is higher than other regions of the gas drainage amount.
