Application of Radar Monitoring System in Coal Mine Slope Monitoring

Due to the complex geological conditions, large amount of water yield, especially in the mining process, different scale slide and collapse had occurred many times in non-working slope of Shengli Open-pit Coal Mine, it affected the safety production. In addition to the conventional methods of slope treatment, in order to safety production, Shengli Open-pit Coal Mine had introduced the advanced IBIS-M radar displacement monitoring system to carry out real-time forecasting and early warning for slope, it improved the risk management of slope stability, and provided technical support for safety production.
