  • 摘要: 由科技创新驱动的煤矿智能化建设是我国煤矿行业当前发展的主要趋势之一,为探究在这一趋势下煤矿工人所面临的新的工作压力对其风险行为的影响,引入矿工心理韧性作为中介变量,以掘进工作面一线矿工为调查对象展开研究;研究运用Amos 24.0和SPSS 24.0软件构建结构方程模型并进行中介效应检验,分别从资源不足、角色模糊、角色冲突以及工作负荷4个维度分析工作压力通过心理韧性对矿工风险行为的影响。结果表明:矿工工作压力对风险行为呈显著正向影响;矿工工作压力对矿工心理韧性呈显著负向影响;矿工心理韧性对风险行为呈显著负向影响;矿工的心理韧性在矿工工作压力对风险行为影响过程中起中介作用。
    Abstract: The intelligent construction of coal mine driven by scientific and technological innovation is one of the main trends in the current development of coal mining industry in China. In order to explore the impact of the new work pressure faced by coal miners on their risk behavior under this trend, the psychological toughness of miners is introduced as an intermediary variable, and the first-line miners are surveyed. Using Amos 24.0 and SPSS 24.0 software to build structural equation model and carry out mediation effect test, the effect of working stress on miners’ risk behavior was analyzed from the four dimensions of insufficient resources, role ambiguity, role conflict and workload. The results show that the pressure of miners’ work has a significant positive effect on risk behavior, the pressure of miners’ work has a significant negative effect on miners’ psychological toughness, the psychological toughness of miners has a significant negative effect on risk behavior, and the psychological toughness of miners has an intermediary role in the process of affecting miners’ work pressure on risk behavior.
