张集煤矿突水危险域微震监测系统应用

    Application of Micro-Seismic Monitoring System in Dangerous Area of Water Inrush in Zhangji Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 依据张集煤矿1612A工作面的突水危险域及开采施工特点,优化提出了利用锚杆作为传导岩体破微裂信号介质,并采用锚杆焊接、锚固剂锚固螺栓等手段在瓦斯矿井合理安装微震监测传感器的方法,实现了对张集煤矿突水危险域的实时监控。利用实时波形数据及微震事件定位结果对该方法进行了验证。结果表明:工作面推进速度与监测得到的工作面顶底板微震事件定位结果相同,微震定位的底抽巷巷内异常点与现场抽水泵位置基本一致,验证了采用优化设计方法的合理性与准确性。

       

      Abstract: According to the dangerous area of water inrush in 1612A working face of Zhangji Coal Mine and the characteristics of mining construction, the methods is proposed that the bolt is used as a signal medium for conducting rock mass fracture, and the micro-seismic monitoring sensors are reasonably installed in gas mine by means of bolt welding and bolting with anchoring agent. Based on the method, the real-time monitoring for dangerous area of water inrush is realized. The method is verified by the real-time waveform data and the micro-seismic event location. The results show that the driving speed of the working face is the same as the monitored micro-seismic event location of the roof and floor in 1612A working face. The abnormal points of the micro-seismic location in the bottom drainage roadway are basically consistent with the position of the pumps in the field.
