Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the status of the coal pillar stress sensor, the two dimensional coal pillar stress meter based on dip angle compensation was studied. The three axis acceleration sensor posited on the stress sensor of the electric resistance strain gauge, the physical location of coal pillar borehole of the coal pillar stress was monitored. The vertical direction and horizontal direction were calculated. The two dimensional coal pillar stress was obtained. LMP90100 was used as the pillar stress signal conditioning chip. CC2530 minimum system was used as the main processor. CC2591 was used as the RF front-end amplifier. The two dimensional coal pillar sign was displayed by digital tube. According to the characteristics of the mine roadway, the communication mode is RS485 and wireless transmission.
