基于倾角补偿的矿用煤柱应力计

    Mine-used Coal Pillar Stress Meter Based on Dip Angle Compensation

    • 摘要: 在对煤柱应力计传感器现状研究的基础上,基于倾角补偿对矿用二维煤柱应力计进行了研究。在电阻应变片应变式传感器内后置三轴加速度传感器,监测煤柱应力计在煤柱钻孔内的物理位置,测算水平、垂直方向分量,得到二维煤柱应力;采用LMP90100作为煤柱应力信号调理芯片,CC2530最小系统作为主处理器,CC2591作为射频前端放大器,将二维煤柱应力信号进行数码管显示,并针对矿井巷道狭长特征,采用RS485和无线传输方式进行通讯。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of the status of the coal pillar stress sensor, the two dimensional coal pillar stress meter based on dip angle compensation was studied. The three axis acceleration sensor posited on the stress sensor of the electric resistance strain gauge, the physical location of coal pillar borehole of the coal pillar stress was monitored. The vertical direction and horizontal direction were calculated. The two dimensional coal pillar stress was obtained. LMP90100 was used as the pillar stress signal conditioning chip. CC2530 minimum system was used as the main processor. CC2591 was used as the RF front-end amplifier. The two dimensional coal pillar sign was displayed by digital tube. According to the characteristics of the mine roadway, the communication mode is RS485 and wireless transmission.
