Research on Construction of Coal Mine Safety Quality Standardization Based on "Double-base"

The construction of coal mine safety quality standardization is an important safety management measure which is promoted by State Council, State Administration of Coal Mine Safety. However, due to the lack of correct thought and scheme in practice, safety quality standardization is not realized. Lack of awareness of the importance of the work, rough and loose of the standards enforcement and weakness of the innovation make coal mine safety quality standardization as a vanity project. Through system research of contraction of coal mine safety quality standardization in Chensilou coal mine of Yongmei Company of Henan Coal Chemical Industry Group for many years, the paper develops the construction of coal mine safety quality standardization based on "double-base". It can realize effective docking of standardized construction and safety management,ensure the implement of standardization and achieve safety and high efficient development of coal mine.
