  • To avoid the smoke flow from belt conveyor fire into each working face and prevent disaster areas from expanding, an air conditioning system for automatic control of shutter wind window based on PLC is designed. According to the actual situation and the feasibility of the air volume regulation for wind window, the real-time data of fire smoke flow are collected by the double smoke sensors, double CO sensors and bidirectional wind speed sensors, and the data are compared with the preset limit value. Therefore, the system can automatically adjust the area of the shutter wind window, and have the function of automatic drainage for catastrophic air flow, which improves the disaster resistance ability during the belt conveyor fire.
