Experimental Study of Stress Consecutive Measurements in Plastic Coal and Rock Mass

    • In view of the problems and insufficiency of stress measurement existing in plastic coal-rock mass in the present coal mine,a new method and device for the continuous stress measurement was proposed. This method and device with the soft elastic sensors can be coupled with the drill hole wall, which overcame the traditional stress sensors' defects that expansion amount was too small and compressive not tensile. The laboratory stress test of standard concrete sample and initial field test were performed. The experiment result showed that stress sensors and surrounding rock can be realized fast active coupling by this device during the measurement process, and that was not affected by surrounding rock destruction degree around drilling.
