Abstract
In order to explore the feasibility of rubber cement concrete supporting in soft rock roadway with high geo-stress, by using ABAQUS numerical simulation software, the supporting effect of rubber cement concrete in soft rock roadway with high geo-stress and the influence of elastic modulus and uniaxial compressive strength on the unloading effect are simulated and calculated. The results show that under the high geo-stress environment, the effect of applying rubber cement concrete between roadway floor and ordinary concrete layer is better. When the elastic modulus of rubber cement concrete is between 3 GPa and 4 GPa, and the uniaxial compressive strength is between 3 MPa and 5 MPa, the best pressure relief effect is obtained. Rubber cement concrete releases the stress in the surrounding rock by cooperating with the surrounding rock of the floor, thus reducing the load on the supporting structure.
