  • To improve the efficiency of safety supervision and regulate the behavior of safety supervision, the safety supervision department of Fucun Coal Industry of Zaozhuang Mining (Group) has highlighted the effectiveness of supervision and service, and explored the construction of double-efficiency mode of safety supervision. By empowering safety supervisors, clarifying codes of conduct, improving safety supervision networks, and strictly implementing the closed-loop management of “the first asking duty system, the second reporting task system, and the third accountability system”, the construction of safety supervision teams has been strengthened, quality has been enhanced, and service mechanisms have been established. We have strengthened dynamic on-site management and control, and advanced an intelligent dual control system for safety risk management and control by classification and hidden dangers investigation and management, thus achieving the dual function of service supervision.
