    Monitoring System for Dangerous Zone of Belt Conveyer Based on Thermal Imaging and ZigBee

    • The dangerous zone monitoring system based on thermal imaging and ZigBee is designed and realized. On the basis of the main processor CC2530, the thermal infrared signal monitoring circuit, relay control circuit and serial communication circuit are designed. Based on ZigBee network and internet, the monitoring terminal system software has been designed. After monitoring the human body’s thermal signals, the monitoring terminal generates warning signals. In addition, the monitoring terminal closes the belt machine system through relay circuit. The warning signals and human thermal images are transmited to remote monitoring terminal through gateway nodes.
