Study on Optimization of Air Duct Outlet Parameters of Wind Flow Field in Fully Mechanized Excavation Face of Coal Mine

  • At present, the airflow of the fully mechanized excavation face can not be changed according to the actual demand at any time, which leads to the irrational distribution of the wind flow field, and increases the risk of the safety hazard sharply. In this paper, the optimal distribution of the flow field is analyzed from the angle of changing the direction of the outlet of the hairdryer, the angle of the caliber and the distance between the front and the rear. Taking the fully mechanized mining face of Ningtiaota Mine as the object, the numerical simulation scheme of the wind flow field is established to simulate the distribution of the original wind flow field. For the situation that the wind speed is too small and the eddy current is very important for the wind flow, the optimal distribution of the flow field under the parameter change is simulated and the range of parameter adjustment is determined. On the basis of those, the adjustment scheme of the outlet parameters of the distribution of the wind flow field is analyzed and determined, which provides an effective way for the optimization of the ventilation flow field in the fully mechanized excavation face.
