  • The fully mechanized mining face is an indispensable part of the coal mine production system and the safety and reliability of the system has a direct influence on the production efficiency of coal mine.This paper regards the fully mechanized face of coal mine as a logical system composed of man,machine and environment factors,and discusses the safety and reliability of the fully-mechanized face from the three elements in detail.It is thought that the human mistakes of the main factors caused the mechanized mining systems disasters should be analyzed,and the personal factor and the organization management factor should be considered comprehensively.At the same time,the equipment failure accidents and environmental impact factors can lead to reliability inadequate disasters of mechanized mining.Comprehensive consideration of the man-machine-environment related characteristics,the efficient and safety production of fully mechanized mining face can be achieved.
