    Optimization of Cooling Water for Mining Face Equipments in Tashan Coal Mine

    • The directly discharging of cooling water of mining face equipments can cause a series of problems,such as large consumption of water,the increasing of shaft sump water and the increasing of coal lifting difficulty.In this paper,the optimization systems of cooling water for the underground mining face equipments are designed.It can recycle the cooling water from the loader,crusher,front and real scraper conveyor as cooling spray water for the shearer,meanwhile it magnetizes the cooling water,which solves the problems of large consumption of water in mining face and scaling of equipment cooling.
