  • Miners are the high incidence of pneumoconiosis in our country. With the improvement of mining and tunneling mechanization and the increasing of mining depth, the damage degree of dust in coal mine working face is also increasing. Because of the different equipment and dust control facilities, the type of work, the larger differernce of workers contacting dust, the harm to the human body is different. In order to objectively evaluate the dust hazard of coal mining face in China, taking the new well in Sanshuping Mine as the object, under the conditions of operating production equipment and running dust-proof technical measures, the individual samples were carried out for respirable dust in the various types of work in fully mechanized coal mining face, fully-mechanized excavating face, blasting mining face. The concentration of dust free SiO2 content, dispersion degree and respiratory dust concentration in various workplaces were determined by laboratory. Combined actual situation with testing data, it analyzed the reason of dust concentration exceeding certain limits, gave a clear key type of work and provided measures of dust prevention.
