Dynamic Response Analysis of Mine-used Mobile Refuge Supply Chamber in Gas and Coal Dust Explosion

  • Mobile refuge supply chamber as a new emergency refuge equipment gets more and more attention. As the refuge chamber’s substitute products, the national standard has not been issued. This paper, referring to refuge chamber’s national standard, adopts software which is appointed by Mining Products Safety Approval and Certification Center to solve the flow field load in underground gas and coal dust explosion; using indirect coupling method to extract the pressure load of flow field produced by the explosion in the roadway, pressure load is used as loading condition of dynamic analysis of refuge supply chamber; we analyze the dynamic response of each part of mobile refuge supply chamber under coal and gas explosion. Through this analysis, we can find and analyze the weak points of key parts, carry on the research improvement, validation analysis for the tightness.
