  • The purpose of existing safety index system is to assess the safety levels of mines, the focus of which is the direct hazards of coal mine accidents instead of the prediction of accident probability in the future. Therefore, this paper proposes a coal mine safety supervision index system for the safety management including timeliness index and historical index. At the same time, the new index system pays attention to the direct and correlation factors, and the results are for the future prediction rather than the present evaluation, so it can more effectively guide the scientific configuration of coal mine safety power, improve the level of safety regulation.
