  • The surface subsidence is obvious and air leakage is serious in the working face during the mining process of shallow buried deep island fully mechanized working face in close coal seams without coal pillar of Yujiayang Coal Mine. In order to solve the problem of low oxygen concentration in the working face, it is proposed to change the ventilation mode of the working face, and apply pressure balancing technology to adjust the full negative pressure ventilation of the working face to positive pressure ventilation. Through the design of the ventilation system of the working face and the selection of the fan, it is confirmed that the positive pressure ventilation is applied through counter rotating axial fan in 52402 working face. In the application process, through the measurement of the technical parameters such as air volume, pressure and gas concentration, and the observation of gas concentration and pressure in 52401 and 52403 goaf, adjusting the pressure and air volume of the working face in time make the oxygen concentration of the working surface meet the requirements and ensure the safety of working face.
