  • According to the management problems that employees have no operating standard and various accidents occurred in coal enterprises frequently, Shenhua Group summarized practical experience and operation standards of Shenhua and industry, compiled 1668 items of mine positions operating standard procedures with modern concepts of process management. Meanwhile, Shenhua Group created an information management system to realize processes' compilation, check, publishing, publicizing, implementation, evaluation and mobile application. It also realized the combination of operation procedures and the safety management system to connect employee' execution with risk control closely. It guaranteed the safe operation and provided a strong safety guarantee for the efficient production of coal mines.
