  • To reduce potential safety hazard of coal mine, we proposed the concept of intelligent explosion-proof emergency air door system and introduced installed location and principle of the equipment, analyzed ventilation changes of mine total wind pressure point E, and the discriminant of air duct BE, safety hazard without emergency air door system. Through the case analysis, we obtained that the emergency air door system can not only effectively uses mine main fan pressure, but also can prevent gas reverse and safely control the gas concentration discharge to the ground by return air lane outside the explosion limit and can prevent gas burning flame spread in the roadway when the small outburst occurred, which saves gas drainage time, more conducive to safety, and reduces secondary disasters after outburst. The design of intelligent explosion-proof emergency damper system is feasible.
