    Optimization Analysis on Supporting Angle of Large Dip Angle Jointed Roadway Based on Block Theory

    • In order to solve the problem of less considering in the design of jointed roadway support about occurrence of structural surfaces and destruction features of block, the local optimization design of supporting angle for large dip angle jointed roadway was proposed by stereographic method and 3DEC discrete element simulation. The result shows that the maximum axial force of local anchor cables around the block Ⅰ and maximum displacement of the block Ⅰhave been reduced to the percent of 29.58 and 21.43 respectively after the optimization of local support angle. While the block Ⅱhas been reduced to the percent of 48.38 and 25.74 correspondingly. By optimizing the angle of the local support in key blocks, the stability of key blocks, the forced state of anchor cable and the anchorage safety performance are improved effectively.
