Numerical Simulation on Seepage Flow in Multiplayer Gob Area of Coal Seam Group Under Small Mine Fire Zone

  • Through numerical simulation study on the seepage flow in multilayer gob area of coal seam group when mining face adopted pressure balancing ventilation, we solved the steady-state mathematical model for seepage flow and diffusion coupling in multiplayer gob area, got the velocity field and oxygen, CO, CO2 gas component concentration distribution, then divided spontaneous combustion "three zone" in mining face gob and overlying gob. After the comparison with the actual measurement results, the simulation results could meet the actual demand.
