  • On the basis of slope pressure theory, Visual C++6.0 as development platform, through the database management system SQL Server2000 and graphical analysis and processing with Surfer8.0, the monitoring data processing software was developed for electro-hydraulic servo system of mechanized mining face hydraulic support. By the analysis for hydraulic support monitoring data of working face, it was obtained that the full image of three-dimensional dynamic ground pressure for mechanized mining face and the corresponding two-dimensional correlation graph of any position in working face. Then the working face weighting step, the support time weighted average working resistance, end loop resistance and other main ground pressure parameters were calculated. The scientific, automatic and real-time hydraulic support management was achieved in working face, which provided the basis for roof management and support selection.
