  • Through statistical analysis of coal transportation accidents from 2001 to 2012, we take the type of work as the statistical indictor, the type of work involved will be roughly divided into seven categories, including winch operator, bell man, hitcher, coal-getter, etc. The unsafe actions that winch operator violation/wrong operations, the safety inspector did not check the winch, bucket, tramcar and other equipment connection; the hitcher did not stop people to take tramcar with materials, the coal-getter violated the rules of taking and pushing tramcars have a lager proportions. Analysis of the main causes of these unsafe actions is the safety knowledge of workers is not enough, poor safety habits and safety consciousness is not strong and so on. To this, the specific improvement measures are proposed: classifying each type of work training, the key to cultivate their safety knowledge, consciousness and habit, and then inspect the effect and other means to prevent and reduce accidents.
