  • In China, the quantities of coal mine accidents is huge. Therefore, establishing a standard, feasible and extensible database by scientific classifying and coding of coal mine accidents is conducive to analyzing and solving problems of coal mine safety accidents. Based on the coal mine HFACS system, coal mine safety accidents are coded. The construction of human factors database of coal mine safety accidents helps to find the main human error of coal mine safety accidents and provide a reference for the prevention of coal mine accidents.
