Surrounding Rock Control Technology with Arch Grille Concrete and Bolting for High Stress Soft Rock

Aiming at the characters of pressure behavior strongly in belt conveyor downhill sections (240 m), the article presents the solution of "high-strength cable + bottom + concrete arch grille combined support" program to meet the geological conditions. The results show that roadway deformation is large and mine pressure behavior is strong after merely adopting "bolt + cable" to support roadway, the stabilityof soft rock roadway surrounding is controlled effectively with good technical and economic benefits after adopting a joint support scheme.
