Numerical Simulation and Bolt-grouting Reinforcement Mechanism of Roadway Floor Heave in Soft Rock

    • With a rate of average 500 mm per month, the rapid floor heave deformation of No.112052 gateway of new Shanghai No.1 Mine in Inner Mongolia has seriously influence on safety conduction and standardized construction. In this article, according to the mineral analysis of rock samples and laboratory test, the deformation mechanism of floor heave is analyzed. In combination with FLAC3D numerical simulation, a validation study on prestressed anchor cable ties associated with grouting reinforcement support technology was conducted. It turns out that prestressed anchor cables associated with grouting reinforcement support technology can reduce the scope of the plastic zone of surrounding rock, effectively control floor heave deformation and guarantee the safety production and standardization construction of soft-rock roadway.
