Stability and Support Analysis of the Deep Extremely Soft Roadway

With the coal resource in shallow mining area exhausting,the roadway excavated deeper and deeper continually,surrounding rock breaking and softening become more and more serious.Large deformation,fast speed deformation,inverted arch and so on appears constantly around the soft roadway.After the measurements with the borehole camera system,and spot observations,the fail mechanism of roadway is obtained.In view of this situation,a new union support method of U-shaped shed and anchor bolt spray is raised.It gets a good effect.
