Research on Reasonable Location of Outward Staggered Arrangement at Simultaneously Mining Working Face Crossheading in Close Distance Coal Seams

    • The 9# and 10# close distance coal seams with an average of 5.32 m layer spacing was treated as the research object. Through the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the transfer and the distribution of lateral support stress formed by upper seam mining in floor coal rock and the effect of lateral support stress on stress distribution in the lower seams is analyzed. The horizontal distance of entity coal side was from the upper coal seam lateral coal wall more than 10 m when the coal seam working face was outward staggered arrangement. According to the analysis of field data, the stability of roadway can be ensured by this kind of arrangement.
