煤矿综掘工作面湿式控尘技术研究进展及展望

    Research progress and prospect of wet dust control technology in fully mechanized excavation face

    • 摘要: 煤矿综掘巷道通风易引起粉尘快速扩散,导致粉尘污染治理难度加大。为改善煤矿综掘工作面作业环境,总结了喷雾、湿式除尘器等湿式控尘技术在综掘面治理的进展,阐述了综掘工作面粉尘防治技术研究的发展方向。结果表明:目前喷雾降尘主要研究无风流扰动条件下不同工作参数和外添加介质对雾化特性和降尘效率的影响,湿式除尘器主要研究动力装置、除尘结构等对吸风、捕尘、脱水性能的影响;未来要加强对综掘巷道风流返风影响下喷嘴实际冲击域范围测试研究,研发受返风影响小、有效覆盖尘源的抗风型喷嘴,开发不使用喷嘴、滤网的机载式一体型湿式除尘器,完成湿式除尘器与掘进机的变频控制和联动运行,实现综掘工作面喷雾湿式除尘器智能一体化运行。

       

      Abstract: The ventilation of fully mechanized roadway in coal mine is easy to cause the rapid diffusion of dust, which makes it more difficult to control dust pollution. In order to improve the working environment of fully mechanized coal mining face, the progress of wet dust control technology such as spray and wet dust collector in fully mechanized coal mining face treatment is summarized, and the development direction of research on dust control technology of fully mechanized coal mining face is expounded. The results show that the current spray dust suppression mainly studies the influence of different working parameters and external media on the atomization characteristics and dust suppression efficiency under the condition of no air flow disturbance; wet dust collector mainly studies the influence of power device and dust removal structure on the performance of air absorption, dust collection and dehydration. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the test and research on the actual impact zone range of nozzles under the influence of air flow return in the fully mechanized roadway, and research and develop the nozzle that is less affected by return air wind resistant nozzles and effectively cover dust sources, develop airborne all-in-one wet dust collectors without nozzles and filters, complete frequency conversion control and linkage operation of wet dust collectors and roadheader, and realize intelligent integrated operation of spray wet dust collectors in fully mechanized mining faces.
